It’s Not Your Fault: Finding Peace with Food and Body

I am so grateful to have written a blog post for my college sorority chapter, and I'm especially excited for it to be part of our Summer 2025 issue of The Angelos!

In this piece, I explore what it truly means to find peace with food and body, moving away from diet culture and towards the liberating path of intuitive eating.

My hope is to offer a space for reflection and encouragement as we all navigate our unique journeys toward self-compassion and joyful well-being.
